Payment

We accept PayPal, cheque, postal order, credit/debit card or cash on collection.

If paying by cheque or postal order please allow time for it to clear.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch our orders within 5-7 ‘working’ days of cleared payment, however, most orders are reaching customers much quicker. (See Feedback)

All orders, when dispatched, are sent via 24hr ‘Next working day’ delivery, so if sent on a Friday, please expect on the following Monday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged but there is an extra charge for this service so please ask. When your item arrives, it is important to sign for the goods and annotate ‘Unchecked’ on the courier paperwork as transit damage may not at first be obvious and you may not notice this at the time of ‘hand over’.  Your item(s) will be sent to the address that is registered on your ebay account so please ensure this is correct. If you wish your item(s) to be sent to an alternative address please ensure you inform us through ebay or by phone. 

 **Please ask for a delivery quote prior to ordering for areas outside of the

UK Mainland – Ireland/N.Ireland and including  Northern Scotland and Scottish Outer Isles.

You are very welcome to collect directly from our warehouse in Walsall (1 mile from M6,J10)

Please email/call (details below) to arrange this as all collections are by appointment only.

Returns Policy

All our items come with a full money back guarantee and should be returned within 7 days of receipt, however please state a good reason for return and ensure the item is fully intact and ready for collection in its original packaging, utilising any extra hardboard reinforced packaging used to help withstand against handling damage.

Please note:

If you intend to unpack/build your chosen item after the 7 day return period.

If your chosen item has extra parts or requires building from flat packed, please ensure all parts are present and undamaged within the 7 day period, otherwise we will not be able to make any refunds/replacements after this time.
