All of our items are supermarket undelivered stock. The outer packaging may show some signs of transit wear, however the item inside is perfect unless otherwise stated.

All items are for sale within our shop so can be withdrawn from sale on eBay at anytime.

We may be able to offer Local Delivery – 40 miles from Bolton at a charge of between £15.00 and £50.00 depending on location, please arrange prior to purchase. Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 9.30am-5.00pm and Saturday 10am – 2pm

COLLECTION Collection is available from our 4000 sq ft warehouse in Swan Business Centre,Bolton, Lancashire. Please arrange collection via ebay message, email or phone prior to arriving at the warehouse, this gives us the chance to make sure someone is available to help you at the specific time you are looking to arrive. There may not be someone on hand to help if you turn up without arranging prior.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Our aim is to keep our customers 100% happy. If for ANY reason you change your mind or are not happy with the product, within 7 days of your order or receiving the product from us we will issue a refund – this refund will be made within 30 days (excluding P&P) upon receipt of the returned goods - no questions asked. Unless you are returning the item because it is damaged you must pay the postage for retuning the item. If you are unhappy with any of our products or services, please always e-mail us or call us PRIOR to leaving any NEGATIVE or NEUTRAL feedback, and allow us a chance to resolve.
