Returns policy

We will only refund or exchange items, which are damaged or have not been signed for as accepted. Please check the package and contents for damage before you sign the delivery note. Signing the delivery note signifies that you are satisfied with the package, it's condition and it's contents. ( Our couriers will not pay our insurance if it is signed for as undamaged) . All faults need to be reported within 3 days. When you assemble your product, If you are missing a part please contact SALES@atlantisoffice.com If you wish to return the product within 7 days for non-defective reasons (i.e. change of mind) then you may send it back to us at your cost, but it must in perfect condition and packed as supplied in full packaging in a resalable condition. Once the goods have been returned they will be inspected and a full refund excluding the shipping cost will be given.
