Payment:

We prefer payment by Paypal which is quick, easy and safe.  This ensures that your goods can be dispatched straight away and allows us to keep our administration costs down and our prices low.  Other methods of payment accepted by arrangement are cheque and postal order, however please be aware these can take some time to clear.

Delivery:

All goods are despatched within 2 working days; we aim to despatch in one working day.  Goods will be sent by Royal Mail parcel post or courier.   If you need your goods quicker than standard delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to quote postage.  We deliver to confirmed addresses only.

Terms of sale:

We request that payment is received  for your chosen goods within 5 days.  After this, we reserve the right to relist the goods and/or open an unpaid item case. We ship to your confirmed address so please ensure this is correct.

Returns:

In the unlikely event that your goods prove to be faulty, we are happy to offer a full replacement.  Please contact us immediately.  If goods are not stocked, we will refund goods and original postage.  All replacement and refund offers are subject to the buyer returning the faulty goods within seven days of receipt. You are responsible for the cost of returning the good to us.
